  • ¼ Cup of Nectavia - Ginger
  • 120g Butter
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Cups of Oats
  • 1 Cup of Plain flour
  • ¾ Cup of Coconut
  • ¼ Cup of Castor sugar
Method Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Place the oats, flour, coconut and castor sugar into a bowl and mix. Place the Nectavia – Ginger and butter into a large saucepan and heat to cook while stirring. Once melted, add water and baking soda. Keep stirring. Once fully mixed, add the oat mixture and fold until combined. Place onto baking trays in small balls and gently press with a fork. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden. Makes 30.
